At SeattleCloud we know every business app is different. Whether you run a rental service, providing services or just want to offer to your client a booking option for an event you'll host - "Booking System" is the right way you can do that on SeattleCloud.

How to setup:

1. For adding the new native Booking System page to your app access its Dashboard. Go to Edit Pages menu then click the "+" (Add New Page) button OR Click Here.

From the list of the page types available select the Booking System one and click the "NEXT" button.

In the next step you'll need to add a name for this page and click the "Create" button. Once the page is added, you are able to proceed with editing it.

2. Setup the system

First you'll need to go to the system settings and fill in the information about your business.

2.1 Slot Length - Here you need to set the duration of the service you're offering.
2.2 Time Zone - Please make sure to add your Time Zone or the Time Zone of your business location.
2.3 Auto Extend - If you want to limit the booking time for just 2 months for example, you can set here this option. By default it is 12. This means that the app user will be able to book a service for up to 1 year period.
2.Notify Email - Under this option you need to set your business email. On this email you'll receive all the notifications about created or cancelled bookings.
2.Working Time - Set your businesses working time.
2.6 Working Days - Set here you holidays and working days.
2.7 Send Email Notifications - Disable or Enable the option to receive emails about all the bookings on your page.
                    2. Lunch Time - Set your businesses lunch time.

3. Customize the emails the system will send

In this step you'll need to customize the emails the system will send to you and to your client when he'll book a service or will cancel it.

4. Add the Services you're offering

Depending on the services you're offering, please add at least on service by clicking the "+" button in the top right corner of this page.

For adding a service please fill in the following information:

4.1 Title - Here you need to set the title of your service. For example "Brake Repair".
4.2 Description - Please add in this field a short description about the service the app user will get if he'll decide to book this service from you/your company.
4.3 Photo - If you have a photo of the service you're offering, please add it here.
4.Currency - Pick the currency you expect the user will pay.
4.Price - Set the price for the service here.

5. Clients List

All the clients that will request a booking from you will be asked to create an account for you to have a record about them. After they will create this account, you'll see the account information in the Clients list dashboard.

6. Schedule

Under this section you'll see an interactive calendar for administration purposes. Here you'll have the option to check all the bookings and also create, edit or even cancel a booking directly from the website.

NOTE: Booking feature can not be tested on the current iOS and Android previewer versions. We've sent a new iOS previewer to Review and as soon as we'll have it approved, we'll also release the Android version. However, in you real app the Booking System will work without any issues.

The issue with this is that the email keeps getting send out using seattleclouds email smtp which is a concern for our clients as it implies that a copy of every customer detail who does the booking is stored in your send box .. even though we set our own mail smtp it still does not work .. opened a case with Support more than 3 weeks no solution :(

Great feature pity they can’t get the mail to be send out with our own smtp
