Greetings,

We are thrilled to announce the release of our Brand New Navigation Type.

It's called Side Menu, it's new out of the box navigation type and it's ready to be at your service.

The Side Menu Navigation Type is available for iOS and Android operational systems.

You can add this type of navigation into your app by accessing:

App Dashboard-> Navigation Settings-> SIDE MENU.

Top or Left navigation type, there is no absolute answer. However, using Side Menu can bring more benefits:

1. A left navigation is faster and more efficient for users to scan.

2. The left navigation also facilitates a vertical scanning direction that is natural for people.

3. The left most item carry more visual weight than the other items because of its placement in the primary optical area (top left)

4. Items in the top left get more exposure

Feel free to add this Navigation Type to your app and test it a soon as possible.

SeattleClouds Team is eager to release as many new features as possible. And this is only the beginning.

Let us know if any questions appear.

Best regards,
Victor

hello, this is a great menu but I think this could be conflicting with the QR CODE loyalty scanner. When I use the QR Code loyalty page with the side menu, the button to press "Scan" cannot be found. I think the top bar is covering the scan button. Can anyone fix this issue please? thanks

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

Currently the side menu is working as expected.

If it is related to Android, then there is no scan button.

The code is scanned automatically on feature open.

On Android QR Code scanner is not supported on tabs.

On iOS If you do add it to tabs or in any other place the scan button is available.

Consider to open a support ticket if you do have issues.

Please provide also more details on this case.

Provide in ticket the App ID, Device name and OS version.

Best regards,
Vick
