Syncing not working.....new pages are not updating

Hi, Newly added pages are not syncing since feb 28th. Can you please let me know how to fix this.

Hello,

Please take a look at our Push to CDN feature tutorial.

I think that you didn't pushed to CDN your changes, this may be the reason why you don't see your changes in the app.

Please open a support ticket if any questions appear.

I just Uninstalled and re-installed my app to check how it works...I took 3min to sync, are you kidding me? I see more uninstalls becoz of this....I just loose users and money becoz of this...I want to fix this immediately.

Hello intryn,

Please note that SYNC is used in order to synchronize small files/items.

It is used in order to add a small file like a HTML, CSS, Images, text, update menu order.

If you are adding new content, more than 10 items to your app, you need to request a new submission process.

Building a new APK will reduce the time spent on SYNC at the start up of the app.

Hi Victor, The files which I added are simple HTML files and images are less than 15kb so I think it shouldn't be a problem. I raised a ticket regarding this slow syncing and it was answered by Diana from support. The issue now seems to be fixed and the syncing is pretty fast now. Will let you guys know how if there is again any issues.

Still facing the issues, as per the support team request I created a new build and submitted to store and still the syncing takes 3-5minutes. Can someone please help me fix this? Will you use the app that takes 5min to sync? I raised the ticket last Friday and still the issue isn't fixed.

Consider to follow your opened ticket, as it was updated many times since you opened it.

If you still have any other issues, consider to wait for another update on this case.
