Push Notification on Android - Not working

This thread is to report that PN on Android is not working at all. This is not account-related issue, because the result says "Server Error, please try again later" for the last 12 hours. (see: http://puu.sh/u0KeU/19e83b4ba4.png). Note: PNs are sending fine on iOS.

And I am with reseller, and due to experience I know that our resellers can't help us with this because it should be mainly SC's issue. So don't bother asking to submit this problem via support ticket.

Thanks for your attention, and deeply appreciated if at least one of your staff can reply to this saying that you are aware of the issue and working on its fix, rather than the usual months-long silence. Cheers...

Alright, no reply within 1 week now. I am assuming workforce is still focusing on restoring apps that are lost after April 2016?

Last app outage during April lasted at least 6 weeks as I remember. This time it was since mid December 2016 until now = almost 2 months.

Get the move on seattleclouds, it's okay for us with you guys not replying us at all, but really please try to put more effort into solving the matter asap, because many other issues (such as this Android PN issue) still waiting to be solved. Just like our customers hounding us for incapability of service, we are also hounding you guys on solving the problem sooner, at least what you can do is hound the Softlayer company to put priority in your case too.

Please note that a set of apps made with SeattleCloud builder had issues with Android Push messages few weeks ago. We've improved the GCM integration and fixed the issues.

Regarding the data restore process. Please ask your service provider regarding this since all our publishers are aware about the progress and what we did for solving the issue.

Hi @Aurel,

Thank you very much for the reply. This really help ease our concern, like alot!

You mentioned this problem is with only a set of Android apps during 'few weeks ago', which is solved improving the GCM integration and fixed the issue. Well what do we have to do on our end to be able to make use of the fix? Do we have to republish new version of affected apps?

And yes regarding the app outage situation, we really understand from our provider. This was never a problem for me because I made backup of all my apps and restored them. I only made reference to this because of the PN for Android & MyAds for Android issues being problematic for awhile without any fix.

Thanks anyway @Aurel. You are the best!

Hello Samuel,

Thank you for your feedback. Please try to send a message now to one of the apps that had this Push "Server Error" problem. It should work without any changes.
