Is anyone else having issues today? (5/16/17)

Nothing is updating today. I have added new text and images to my pages within my app and nothing is updating onto my iPhone or Android phone apps. I have the sync checkbox checked but nothing seems to be working correctly today. I have tried to add a banner ad as well but that page has an error message on it. I've cleared my cache, closed out, restarted my computer and I am still having problems. Live chat isn't working for me either. 
Anyone else having issues today? I feel like I've missed an alert from the company saying that their site and services would be down today or something...? Am I missing something? Thanks for your help in advance!

yes same here. Very frustrating! I have clients with apps that somehow reverted to older apps that were from previous updates. This happened before and I think its a server issue. I dont know why we dont get any notice. This can seriously damage a business forever.

I wonder why they won't reply to any of our questions, emails or support tickets to let us know they're experiencing issues? They could hop on live chat to let us know. Or social media for that matter! I even went and searched social media to see if they posted something. Nothing! Hope it will be back up by tomorrow morning!

Both my Android and iOs apps de-synced from current versions and are on version from February, respc. March. 
Need urgent help SeattleClouds !

Hello SeattleClouds Customers,

Currently the Push Notifications are working as expected.

We had to disable sync option to run some drive backups.

This will be a temporary requirement till the backup process will end.

Currently we do not have any precise estimate on this case.

The live apps will revert to the last updated version in store.

After we will enable the sync option, the live apps will be updated to the latest website version again.

We will update the forum once there will be any news regarding this.

Why in the world would you not send out an urgent notice to your user base to notify us of this (obviously) system critical 'backup' you say you are doing?

Is this another thing that your system engineers do not have any estimated time of completion for?

From the timestamps above between the beginning of this thread and your comment here, 13 HOURS had already passed!
When did you begin this process? When did you estimate it would be completed? Did you put any processes in place so that our...

anyone got their apps working yet? Mine are still down and have customers fuming.
Nope. It sounds like their server will be down for a while. I asked if they knew if it would be days or weeks before it was fixed and he said he wasn't sure.
this is so brutal.
Same here. It is strange that the Android apps sync works, but not iOS

Is this a problem with the old iOS apps only? Can we still make new iOS apps which will sync?
Does anyone have an answer for this?
no offense..but at this point in the game why would you want to consider continuing to use SC for NEW apps of any kind?!?

SeattleClouds has let us down.
Too bad too...this was a good reliable service for me with my 3 different accounts for several years.
