Submission of apps through SC to AppStore has become a Joke lately.
Due to the 2 step authentication implementation in App Store,
the SC reviewer needs authentication code for submission which is understood.

SC reviewer simply rejects/cancels submission as he is unable to login without authentication code and I dont know when he/she is going to submit the app so that i can provide him the code.

Why dont SC people devise a process/strategy so that the one is informed that his/her app is going to be submitted and could provide authentication code at the time of submission.

This is very unprofessional on part of SC team

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Yes, we understand that it has become harder to submit the apps to App Store.

It's required for us to submit the apps only with a Verification code.

We recommend each user to mention in review notes that he will contact us via chat soon so we don't reject the app.

We have to reject such apps which do have two-factor authentication as many of these users do not now that the verification code is required and has to be provided in chat.

We have added a forum thread related to this case, but still many users haven't read it.

Hope this information will help you.

Best regards,
Vick
SC Team
