Media List Access & Bug Issue - Status:Error

Is there a status that can be provided on the fix for Media List (broken since July 2017)?  Files can be uploaded, but when they are selected after clicking OK produces a "Status:Error".  I was told this had to do with migration to Amazon S3, but have not heard on a target date for resolution.

Is there an alternative that can be used as to not increase the size of the binary leveraging cloud vs local?

Hi,
Can you please provide a date as to when the next website update is scheduled that will include this fix?  I tried this morning and the error (Status:Error) still exists.

Hi,
I have verified the Status:Error has been fixed, however, I can't delete any items from the Media File List for any app.  What is the status of this part of the issue?  If for example I need to upload an updated file, if one already exists with the same name it is not replaced either since older files can't be deleted.

This part of the issue is also fixed, but will be added with the system update.

The update will be made as soon as possible.

Hi,
Media List feature not allowing file(s) to be uploaded and accessed via app, receive an error no file found after upload.  File not being added to file list.  Was there a change to the server connectivity that could have caused this issue?  Was working fine last week.

Please advise.....

Hi Vick,
Media List is not allowing files to be uploaded and selected.  Once file is uploaded, the file is missing from list and can't be selected, but prompted to Choose File.  Can you please check on this issue?

Please open a support ticket each time when you are having any issues.

We recommend you not to use forum to report an issue, as it delays the investigation due to insufficiency of provided details.

Make sure to provide the app ID.
