Hello SeattleCloud customers,

Due to the latest review and submission changes, as you were informed: all apps will be published under the client/customer Apple Developer Account. Please insure your account is in active status and good standing with Apple. The older applications which were submitted under our Developer account will be kept till Jan 1 2018, then these will be removed. Consider to contact us prior this date, if you have an older application published on our account, in order to transfer it.

Regards,
Vick

What about the previewer apps that you make for white label publishers. Will you keep those or should we move them as well?

Hello,

All the white label previewers can be kept under your own publisher Apple developer account.

As we have specified it is related only to our older developer account.

If you have any applications submitted under our developer account, consider to request an application transfer through a support ticket.

Regards,
Vick

Will you be reviewing app submissions for resellers as well?

Hello,

Each reseller has his own option to review and publish the applications.

Consider to contact the owner of the White label website for more details.

Hope this information will help you.

Please reinstate the automatic build process for iOS apps! The review process from MobileSoft is an unnecessary process that most of us don't want. Your opinions about whether or not you think the apps we build would get rejected by Apple are just that - opinions. What would be of better service to your customers would be to add a checkbox to the submission process where your customers can choose to have you review the app for possible improvement. Other than that, you should leave app approval/rejection up to Apple alone.

Hello Apps4u,

This topic is not related to your post message. Consider to use the appropriate topics and not to spam each of the thread. We saw that you have already made a post on another topic which was also not related to the message. Do not spam in forums, as duplicate messages will be removed.

As you have mentioned, you have made this application and have a subscription on a White label website. In this account you do not have any applications nor active subscriptions. We mentioned before that each Publisher user has his own option to review the submitted builds. The current Reseller does not use this option. Note that each white label website has his own features and templates which are not managed by us. White label website owners have also tools to review the apps on their own. If the website owner (Publisher) decides not to review the app, then it is reviewed according to our requirements. If the Publisher decides not to pass the apps to our review team, he can enable the preprocessing of the builds. In such case if you have chosen a Build and review, or to submit it on your account, the app will be reviewed according to our requirements. This status will not be changed unless the Reseller agrees to review the apps. The apps will be rejected if these have a poor content, or are made predominantly for displaying ads. As we see you have already opened a ticket and you did not provide any account or app details for us to see what was the rejection message. Consider to provide more details on this case in the related ticket.

Regards,
Vick
