can you please update on your recent Applications outage/hard drives failure?

I am still missing apps in my account.

Thank you for contacting us.

Our data center is still recovering the information from crashed drives.

As soon as they will finish we will start the restoring process.

I am missing a few apps that were created after April 16 - If I create a new app on the builder, is there a way to link that to the app currently n the store that is missing on the server. I desperately need to edit that app..
yes... I know this answer.. I just did it. You create a new app and list it as an update.. simple as that..

Not only the apps got erased from my account, but also the binaries ("builds") are not being delivered to my email as before.

Why can't I receive my binaries? Is this problem part of your restoration process?

This is urgent! I'm missing an App that I most recently built and had an "APK Delivered" status. No build app in my email inbox and now, my App is completely disappeared. Please, someone update me ASAP, so I can inform my client about our agreement for an App publishing deadline. 

I need the build zip file to upload to the google play store AND, I need the app to be restored to my dashboard.

As I was informed temporary missing of the apps was caused by a library conflict due to a system update pushed by OS Nexus team to QuataStor servers.

The app's are already back again.

We expect to hear from data recovery company in the next few days an update about recovery process.

Victor, why are you misleading us?
The apps ARE NOT BACK!
Half of them are gone, the other half are useless, as they are old versions from a year ago.

any updates on when all apps will in fact be restored to my account? Still missing some as of Jan 8 2017

also, submitted apps and have not received the email that says its been submitted? How do i know status???

I cant believe the poor service from you guys, no updates to support tickets, a simple acknowledgement would have been nice,  basically you have left us to take all the flak without any support

Dayum! This is really j/f*cked up! So not only do I lose my apps I no longer have a way to connect to them from within the Google or Apple stores? Has any documentation been formed to guide us on how to recover? Anyone going the extra mile to help us out or we left to try and rebuild from scratch?
