Is there a tool to move from one white label to another? Our white label is disappearing and we need a solution fast.

Hello Nick,

In order to Migrate from a Reseller to SeattleClouds website you need to use our Migration Wizard.

Please open a support ticket if any questions appears in the Migration Process.

I'm actually looking to move from one white label to another. Does that exist?

To move to SC would cost me $13,000+  a month.

Hello Nick,

Unfortunately, you can't migrate from one reseller to another reseller.

Our Migration Wizard allow you to migrate only to SeattleClouds Platform.

Hi Nick,

If you don't have hundreds of apps I would suggest to use the backup/restore in the interface?

We have well over1,000... and the while label closed her doors (Create Cool Apps) giving us 4 days notice and costing me many thousands of lost $'s. It really sucks, but now we'll need to bring lawyers into this, etc..  :sigh:

Sorry to hear about your trouble, I hope you manage to save your apps before they're gone.

Hello,

Please note that the process of backup and restore is not considered as migration. You will need to submit your apps again to the stores, and this will cause a downtime for your apps.

White using the Migration Wizard will actually migrate apps, push tokens, app files to the SeattleClouds website without downtime.

Please let me know if any questions appear.

Best regards,
Victor

No Morten, we lost them all because 4 days or so before Christmas the white label owner told us she was not renewing with SC and we had 4 days to download them.

If I worked 8 hours a day it would take me 6 weeks to dl 1400 apps...

So now we're going to end up dealing with attorneys etc..
