SeattleCloud, an Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

These are highly unique times for all of us.

Like many of you, the team at SeattleCloud has been closely monitoring the news around the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. Our commitment to our customers, availability of service we provide, and the health of our employees is paramount. 

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We have implemented a number of sensible policies to this end, including encouraging many employees to work from home. This, however, hasn't slowed our operations. Our development team, quality assurance team, and customer support teams will remain fully operational and can do their jobs entirely remote as needed. 

We are tracking SeattleCloud Platform usage and are able to process all our customers requests as expected.

- Customer Support Team is working as usual 5/7. (Monday-Friday during our business hours 9:00am-6:00pm EET)

- Build Tools Systems and Build Engineers also are able to process all the build requests.

- All SeattleCloud and White Label Resellers Websites services are working as expected.

- Bug Fixes, New Features or Improvements deployments may be delayed on production servers.
