Hi, I received this email from google:

we recently annouced that we┬┤ll be deprecating the install_referrer intent broadcast mechanism. Because one or more of your apps uses this intent to track referrals,we wanted to ensure you make the switch before march 1. After this date, new version of the play store app will no longer broadcast the install_referrer intent after app installs.

Action required: Migrate to the play install referrer API to track your app installs for the following apps and games.

The play install referrer api offers better performance ,uses a secure communication channel between your app and the play store, and offer a more robust solution against spoof and attribution fraud.

Thank you for contacting us.

Google is running monthly major modifications related to app requirements almost each of the last months from summer till now.

That is why there are monthly updates and new warnings which have to be made as an improvement.

At the moment this is not a blocking issue.

You can submit new apps and update older apps as earlier.

It is an improvement which has to be made till March 2020.

Developers are aware of this and'll work on future improvements for this case.

We'll notify users as soon as there'll be any related news.
