Hi Guys, I think this one is long overdue for an update. We have asked a number of times. It's an excellent feature but the fact that it shows Seattle Cloud in all the emails to both the Business Client and the Business Owner makes it confusing and basically unusable. How about an update to remove the Seattle Cloud logo and information as soon as possible! That would be great! Thanks development team!

Hello Rick,

As far as I know, we already fixed this issue.

However, if you still meet this issue, please open a support ticket.

Provide the USERNAME and the APP ID of these apps which are using Booking and receiving emails with SC info.

No I don't think it's fixed and I noticed that Stan had left a comment on December 8th 2017 stating the same issue. He had opened a support ticket and received no response. I followed the tutorial to set up the Booking system on my app just over a week ago for testing and that's when I discovered that all the emails had Seattle Cloud logo's and website links on them. Have the development team tested it? Would you like me to include some screenshots? Thanks Victor

This is the reason I asked you to open a support ticket with the USERNAME and APP ID as on our side everything is working ok.

Please open a support ticket, provide the USERNAME and APP ID, so we could investigate your app more detailed.
