Hi, Asia

Yes, Push Notification Messages are unlimited. However you should keep in mind to not use Push Messages for sending Spam to your users.

If we are building apps for clients, should we get them to have their own Apple Developer account in case one client starts sending spam which could in turn jeopardise all accounts?
Yes, it would be better.

The push notification can be send for zone? Countries or States?
No. However maybe we'll add this feature later. No ETA.

another feature that is "coming soon" which basically means one day never or when the feature is not needed anymore.

Now you can send messages to your app users based on their location. The feature is called GeoFence and you can find it in App Dashboard.

The GeoFence messages is not yet available for iOS apps however in 2-3 weeks we'll add this feature for all apps created using our App Builder.

Great news

It's been a good month for new features

Thank you John for your feedback.

Would GeoFence messages be independent from current Push Notifications, or will it just limit each app to a certain distance on current Push Notifications?

Will there be a programmatic solution to sending these or will we have to send through the SC website?

Thank you,
Hello, Ken

Push Notification Messages will work as usual. The Push Notification messages and GeoFence messages are 2 different things. GeoFence messages are "stored" in app binary, however the Push Messages are "sent" from website to device using a push server and these messages are "stored on server".

So if I'm getting this correctly. When setting the GeoFence Message & GPS Coordinates, it is applied to the actual binary. So When a device with the GeoFence set App is within range, it will notify them with the message? Would there be a way to change the message except for recompiling a binary and submitting it?

Expanding my thought on this. It would be a nice feature to allow our customers to change select GeoFence messages we create in their Apps for advertising purposes. Ie: As customers with Apps walk by a certain store in a mall it would send a coupon/discount message to their App.

Oh one other thing here. Having the GeoFence execute a command to open the select App to a coupon page. Just a thought.

Hi, Ken

- You're able to add/edit/delete a geofence messages in your live app. Just make sure to enable the Sync feature for your app in submission process.

- When you'll tap on the GeoFence notification you'll open the message in your app. However adding a certain page it is not yet added for this feature.

OK I see. Once it is check, do a binary compile, submit App then the GPS Coordinates & Messages are changeable as long as it is checked in the resources.

This does open up a whole lot of possibilities for use. Thats Great! Thanks!

One more question.... Does the App have to be open for the messages to be received?

Expanding on Ken's questions and to be certain I understand this correctly: so it should be possible to have an app that proactively informs the user through a notification depending in which geographic area he/she is… and this message.information can be updated by syncing the app and the info. Just asking to be certain because I can see this working for emergency notifications based on location. Thanks.
Yes, these are Geofence Messages.

Also, for anyone that's interested, I can make it so if you have customers with Seattle Clouds, and you want them to be able to send Push Notifications without needing you. I can fully automate the process. I can even make it so they can send Push Notifications through your very own business app. So they can send these notifications straight from their smart phones.

I've already set my own Business App like this and it works like a dream! Feel free to message me and we can work out a deal if interested!

We have uploaded our aps_production.cer Cirtificate. However when send a push notification, we get a "no devices registered" Message?
