I am a white label client of Appsmoment and i seem to have issues with the feedback forms. Emails do not arrive on the target email address.. i have tried to make new form and also tried different email addresses but it's not received. 

The succes message is shown after sending.. but just nothing in the given email boxes... is there an issue with the forms at this moment?

Hi Marcel,

I have pointed this out to Appsmoment ages ago. Nothing has happened, This appeared to become a problem at the same time as there was some sort of DNS change in August. You may be waiting indefintly for a solution so I would suggest making your own form. You could do it for free on something like or similar. Pop the code into a blank html page. I hope that helps resolve your issue.

I can confirm this - I have the same issue, feedback forms are not sending e-mails or e-mails are not arriving at target e-mails.... Please fix this :(

I am no pro but I don't think Appsmoment has anything to do with this issue therefore there is nothing they can do to fix it... SC is the one who can do anything about it so I hope they will fix it as soon as possible... it all worked great the last time I checked so I am quite surprised to see it not working :(

Can I kindly ask Admins to confirm that they have seen this issue, I don't need an ETA, I just need to know that they are aware of the issue :\

We are aware about this issue.

More exactly it's not an issue but an overloaded queue list.

Some emails were set for retry, even it the server or target email were missing.

Well, we improved a bit our Mailing System and now looking forward through our logs report to see if any further issues appear.

*SC Support Team recommend using a reliable SMTP Mail Server.

I used to get 5-10 emails everyday from the forms in my apps.

They stopped completely on 20 August.

I have had none since.

Doesn't the date coincide with come work or changes that SC made?  I'm with appsmoment.

I've noticed that I have now started to receive some forms from my apps, like I used to do.
