How do I make a book app here using the templates? I am not really into programming, so templates is the best. I know that before there was mobilebook, but now? I have tried to look into bookstore, but cannot see the way to make a book app.

Yes, at the moment the PDF and ePub readers are only for iOS. We are working on to implement it and on Android systems.
