SC, I do not think it worthy to facilitate the escape of customers.You have to be a gentleman.
@CreaTusApps, I think it's totally at the mercy of your clients. After all, bad seller = customer moves to another seller. A very normal thing in life. Oh and I don't mean bad seller as in bad person, but non-responsive support from seller = negligent = enough to be called bad seller.
Our WL reseller has been kind enough to provide enough information to calm us down, but to the point that is not defaming SC or the hosting company. Good thing that the customers (us) have a discussion group upon which we all agreed that our WL reseller is a very supportive guy during tumultuous times and to attack him at all.
