Billing Problem

I'm not sure they are looking to do business anymore.  I've had billing issues for close to a year and now they won't even respond to my ticket.  Furthermore, when I try to cancel the subscription, it doesn't work.  So, I'm stuck with no response and a subscription I can't cancel.  Good thing I used a credit card and my bank is on my side.  Can you say, "Charge back".

First of all I would like to say sorry for the issues you have been experiencing with our system.

Yesterday, 8 Jan 2018 was an Official Holiday for us, so nobody was available in order to provide you the needed support.
