One of Seattle Clouds' most popular page types is Magazine Menu page type. Magazine Menu allows app designers to present clickable menu items with thumbnails followed by a description page in a very easy and stylish way.

To add a Magazine Menu page to the resources of your app go to your app's DashboardEdit Pages → + Add New Page. In the menu of all our page types select Magazine Menu and click Create.

This is how a Magazine Menu will look like after you have set it up:

Magazine Menu editor is very straight forward and has nothing complex to it. Start by adding menu items by clicking + just below the Magazine Menu Items list. After you have added as many of them as you like, proceed to the Item Properties:

Here you can choose a thumbnail for each of your menu items from the resource manager, name the items, specify target page to which user will be redirected after tapping an item and provide a short description to them.

Is it possible to change the background on magazine menu to the background_img.png background?  When I changed it in the background image option, it made the background a cloudy white and will not change?  I put the text in black and it is invisible or white on cloudy background.

I need to background_img.png for all pages with menu list.  I have even attempted to change in the design properties.  Am I doing something wrong or forgetting a step.  Thanks bunches

Yes you can change the background image in the "Style" editor for your magazine menu page. You can change text color as well as many other style settings.
