Yes, you can ask for guest access and then send the business owner the code to access the push notification part of  your app.  That is what I am doing with my local businesses.

so if you don't have the premium package, the announcements page does't work?

Hello Katherine,

In order to use Push Notification Feature you need to apply for Premium or Business Subscription Plan.

I hope you will find this information helpful.

Is there anyway to purchase the push notifications feature separately? Or send notifications from an external source? I don't want to pay forty more dollars each month to get the notifications page. In addition, if I don't have the premium or business plan, does it mean that the announcements page doesn't work? Thanks!
