MobileSoft Technology,  Inc. announces public sale of Seattle Cloud & MobileSoft Assets

To Our Valued Customers:

Good day. We hope this message finds you well and in good health.
Today’s business climate has truly brought on unexpected change for us all and Seattle Cloud is no exception to that. While Seattle Cloud firmly believes in the value of its innovative products, the business itself is no longer sustainable.
To that end, Seattle Cloud has voluntarily decided to cease operations. As you may know, Seattle Cloud is operated by MobileSoft Technology, Inc. and the cessation is being effected through a dissolution of MobileSoft Technology Inc. under supervision of Delaware Court of Chancery. Further information related to the dissolution process, including the filing of potential claims, is set forth in the attached Notice of Dissolution for MobileSoft Technology, Inc. Also, a Creditor Proof of Claim Form may be utilized to assert a claim in the dissolution proceedings. Please note that your receipt of this communication and notice does not mean that MobileSoft or Seattle Cloud believes you have a claim against it. You should consult your own attorney for legal advice as to any claims you may hold.
